29-Worship Jesus over Baghdad
Scripture: “Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty — he is the King of glory.” Psalm 24:8-10
Prayer: O God, Your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness. You are the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. The earth is Yours and all it contains: every nation, tribe, family, and city.
Lord, we acknowledge that there are spiritual forces at work over Baghdad. There are gods in the land that oppress and manipulate the people, but You are the King of Glory, and we worship you as the God of all the earth, and the God of Baghdad. You alone are worthy to rule over the people of Baghdad because You gave Your son for them. Be exalted over this city and its people.
We speak to the entry-ways of Baghdad, and we say, “Lift up Your heads, you gates, lift them up ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in.” He is the Lord, God Almighty, and every other god must yield his place and bow his knee to the King of Glory. Flee from the city you spirits of darkness! The price has been paid for the souls that live there! Release them and bow down to Jesus, the King of Glory.

Dear Lord
Thank You for Your word that declares: If I be lifted up from the earth, I’ll draw all men unto me.
Lord, I pray that Your name be lifted up over Baghdad this day, in Jesus name.
Lord, I pray that You Arise and all Baghdad’s enemies be scattered, in Jesus name.
Lord, I pray that Your name be lifted up in song, and dance, in Jesus name.

Our Father, We cry out to you in one accord. Set your people free. Lift them out of the horror they live in and plant their feet on the solid ground by faith to accept Jesus as Lord of their lives. There is victory in Jesus who is the Saviour of the world. THe lamb of God who was slain for our sins that we might live. Holy Spirit move over these dark places and call out those who are seeking GOD. Help them to come out of this darkness and receive you as Lord. God we are pleading for a mighty move of your hand to set the people free. Be with our troops who are so couragious. Give them supernatural insight to capture the enemy. Provide them with times of rest. May your favor be upon them as the go to set the captives free. End these wars GOD. Let your power be with the good men to overtake the enemy that there will be peace. In Jesus name I pray. AMEN

Thank You Lord for saving their souls, Thank You Lord for making them whole, Thank You Lord for giving of thee, thy great salvation so rich and free! Every Tribe tongue and nation Lord, your desire that none should perish and in your great mercy and compassion, you include Iraq and her people in Your Purpose and Plan!Give them a glimps of heaven! Speak to them too. Soften they’re hearts that they would receive and believe! Place a boldness in those that do believe that they could minister effectively for the Kingdom, let the Good News ring in Baghdad Lord, in Jesus Name amen!

Praise and glory be to You Lord Jesus for You are the King of Glory and worthy of all praise and honor! Thank You for Your love and grace and power. I ask that You cast the evil spirits out of Iraq. I ask that Your Word be spread throughout the land and that the Iraqi’s hearts would be opened to You. You are the God of all the earth and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that You are the King of Glory! I love You! Amen.

Dear Father protect the people in Iraq and Afganistan. Yes Father the price has been paid for these who are in harms way. But you Oh Father can conquer the enemy who lurks around to see who he can devour. May these who are in need accept You as Lord of their lives. You paid the price for the ones in Afganistan as well and the news is not good for the upheavel that continues to take the lives of the innocent. Bind up the enemy who has no value for human life. I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Lord it is our desire that you would lift this veil of tears from these dear people. However, Lord we know your desire is that all would come to repentance and walk into your freedom and eternal life, through Jesus Christ Your Son.
So my prayer is that you would hedge in every heart that is coming to faith and preserve them as they make you Lord and Savior and then make them a fragrance of Yourself, to their people. Put a hedge of Your protection around them and bring them into Your purposes as You see fit. Bind the enemy’s forces and quicken Your people to see how they should pray and be Your hands and feet to these and all people in our world.

Father, I come before you this day and stand in the gap for Baghdad. Lord, bring deliverence from all evil to the innocent ones living here in this land. Reveal yourself to these people. Open their eyes and hearts to see the truth. Tear down the temples of idol worship. Obliterate this evil from the face of Baghdad. Come in full radiance and shine your healing light over the innocent is my prayer. AMEN

O King of glory, all the earth shall come and bow before You; every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Cause people to bow now, Holy Spirit, I humbly pray. Cause souls to have the revelation of God as the One He is: Father, Son,, and Holy Spirit.
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, and cause others to desire the Redeemer.
We ask You to bless the people and troops in Baghdad, Haifa and all of Iraq with an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in fulfillment of Joel 2:28, 29.Be glorified all over Iraq today, gracious Lord, we pray in Jesus name, amen.

Arise dear Lord Jesus and let Your enemies be scattered. Let those who hate You flee before You. Let the Light of Your Life shine over Baghdad. Save those who don’t know You, set the captives free, heal wounded lives and let the gospel be preached to the poor. Let Your word grow and be confirmed with signs and wonders following. In the glorious name of Jesus I declare that the ancient doors and gates will open wide to LET the KING OF GLORY COME IN. To he believers in Iraq I declare that He has heard your prayers. He is longing to show you His power, signs and wonders, and to realign your cities in Iraq. LET THE SOUND of PRAISE be raised up and magnify His Holy name. True “peace” and “freedon” comes only by the love and power of the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Lord we release Your healing power to Open the ears and eyes of the believers and the nonbelievers to see the Soverign Lord God. Holy Spirit bless them with the love, mercy and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen

Thank you for the peace that passes all understanding. For all Your promises in Your word. Wash over Iraq and claim the souls for Your kingdom. May all know The Truth and may the Truth set them free. Lord I praise Your Holy Name. I ask that You will rid Baghdad of the evil forces and replace them with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit can take over these evil people if it is Your will. I pray for the people of Baghdad to hear the Truth of Your Word and that if they believe in Jesus as their Savior they will live with Him in eternity. Praise You God!!!!!

Father, we say that You alone are worthy to rule over Baghdad. You alone are worthy of praise. We say that you are the only one who can deliver those who seek truth through Yeshua.
We bind the strong man who tries to block the light from entering into the hearts and minds of men and women in Baghdad. For all of Iraq we pray for softness of heart; disgust with status quo and a fierce hunger for righteousness. Show them your great unconditional love through dreams and visions. We pray that churches in Baghdad will be strengthed today and bold in preaching your word. Strengthen believers in Baghdad that the light of Jesus will shine brightly. May those who are trained in war be compelled to drop their weapons, and embrace you Lord Jesus and peace. May all false gods be exposed for what they are, and may all residences in Baghdad see the living Lord of the Universe Jesus Christ.

Blessed be Your Holy Name O Lord God Most High, Maker of Heaven and of earth! Thank You that You have been mightily at work in Iraq, and there are many new believers in that nation because of Your work there. May You be praised forever. Please raise up prayer warriors among the believers in Iraq who will stand to and do battle against the spiritual hosts in heavenly places, in Your Name, on behalf of their own nation. I agree in praying that Iraq be released from the power of the evil one. I pray for many strongholds to come down, even as a result of today’s prayers from Your people, and many more in the days to come. May the citizens of Iraq be able to look up and see their redemption coming! May there be an even greater revival there to Your honor and Your glory and may many be saved from the powers of darkness and brought into the Kingdom of Your true Light. Father, We lift up the gates to Baghdad that the King of Glory may enter in. Lord you paid the price on the cross to free us from our sins and deliver us from all evil. I pray your blood over these people that they too may be free from all evil and live to worship you. We lift you up that you may draw all men unto you. AMEN
