6-Protect the Innocent Civilians

Scripture: “Rescue the weak and needy; Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.” -Psalm 82:4

Prayer: Lord, Your name is high above every name that has ever been named. You are exalted high above every created thing, and You rule the universe from Your throne on High.

baghdad_children.jpgYou are a Father to the fatherless, and You watch over the poor and needy. Lord, we ask that You would hear the cries of the people of Baghdad and deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Protect them during this time of uncertainty and rebuilding.

Surround them with Your favor as a shield and keep them safe. Give our troops great compassion and vigilance to keep the families of Baghdad from harm.

Lord, Your heart is near to the widow and the orphan; hear the cries of the oppressed and come to their aid. Break the yoke of violence that rules in that city, and set the people free from fear. Judge the wicked for oppressing the innocent, and deliver the weak out of their hands. In Jesus name, Amen.

Help us O Lord to see the injustice in ourselves and rise above them so we can appreciate and recognize our fellowship with others. Grant peace and security to those who are poor, aged, sick or disabled, and those who suffer fron the ravages of war and the natural disasters of the earth. Grant us the wisdon to deal honestly and uprightly with people of all races and cultures. Help us to realize the equality of all people in their rights to life, freedom and happiness in this world. Thank You Lord for the many Troops who are showing their love for You by showing love to the people they are protecting from the evil one and helping them regain their lives and their land back. THANK YOU LORD for the UNITY between the Troops and the GOOD people in Baghdad. THANK YOU FATHER GOD FOR THE CROSS. In Jesus Name……Amen

2 Thes. 3:3 But the Lord IS FAITHFUL; He will make you strong and guard you from the evil one.
Isaiah 41:10 Don’t be afraid, for I AM WITH YOU. Do not be dismayed, for I AM YOUR GOD. I will STRENGTHEN you. I will uphold you with MY VICTORIOUS RIGHT HAND.
Psalm 121:7-8 [7] The Lord keeps you from all evil and preserves your life. [8] The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

Our Father which is in heaven may Your name be lifted up. Father You are our mighty warrior, our peace, and our strength. I agree with Your Word that is written in the above paragraph, that You are faithful and always watching over us. May You watch over now the children, parents, and families who are innocent amongst this war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I PROCLAIM AND DECLARE LORD THAT YOU WILL COMFORT AND SUPPLY THEM WITH ALL THEIR NEEDS in the name of Jesus. I declare Lord that your plans and destiny for the land of Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Middle East will be fulfilled as you said in your Word. Continue to keep the WINDOWS OF HEAVEN OPEN LORD OVER THE WHOLE MIDDLE EAST, hence, they will hear your “Word”, and become “your children” and faithfully fulfill your commands.

Father, Jehovah Shalom, and Jehovah Nissi, be with our soldiers there in Iraq and Afghanistan and love upon them. May they see and know that you are helping them fight this battle. Give them your strenght and wisdom continuely of where the enemy is located, their plans, and where they have their weapons hidden. Lord you are the only one that can bring true judgement and justice upon the terrorist. HOLY SPIRIT AND HEAVENLY FATHER, soften their hearts and bring them to their knees with a broken spirit and contrite heart and beg/ask for mercy and forgiveness. Become to them their Lord God Almighty of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as never before, with newness of life, and pour down your Holy Spirit like you say in Joel 2:28 upon the Middle East. I pray this Lord in the authority and blood of Jesus, and say its done. All glory is your alone Lord. Amen and Amen.
