7-Agreeing With Believers in Iraq

Scripture: “Bear one another’s burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ.” -Gal 6:2

church.jpgPrayer: Dear Lord we thank you for your promise that where two or more are gathered in your name that you are there, and that you will answer the request that is being agreed upon. You are a promise keeping God, and you keep your word and manifest your faithfulness each and every day.

Right now we want to stand with our brothers and sisters in Iraq, and we want to ask for a wave of divine help as they begin to rebuild their nation. Extend your favor in a special way over your children, as they step forward to see your Presence and blessing be sown into the foundation stone.

Give them courage, to go and do and say; give them peace to wait and trust and persevere; give them strength and vision to bring about the patterns, plans and purposes of your heart in their land.

Thank you Lord, that when we approach your throne of grace, that you have promised to release your grace and mercy to help in time of need; shower Iraq with fresh rain, release healing winds and the dawn of new things. We declare that the earth is the Lord’s, and we bless the strategic nation of Iraq in Jesus name. amen.

The Lord gave us a key while we were praying with two other prophets, as we prayed we used the key to unlock a door, through the door we saw a creature with eyes all over it peer through the door and look to and fro, it was the lion face of the creature, then we felt led to open the East Gate, Ezekiel 10 and 11, we prayed through we used the prophetic key once again, we opened to the Lords Angelic assignments etc. We saw an angel burst through and fly down pick up Bin Laden and place him right in front of our troops. I heard clearly Babylonia he is in Babylonia. Iraq! Wow! this happened Saturday, the 5th of Oct.

Father, we declare this is a day of new beginnings for many in Iraq who desire to seek the truth; to know the peace of salvation and the forgiveness of sin. Call them by name, write their names in the Lamb’s book of life; deliver them from the hands of the evil one. We agree that your work will be completed in them by your Holy Spirit. Thank you for Yeshua and the grace you supply thru His Holy Name. Amen

Father, thank you for all the answers to prayer. Thank you for all the good that you have allowed to happen in Iraq. You are the blessed and only redeemer of mankind. We pray for the Christians who are suffering greatly in Iraq. We ask that you send visions and dreams to the Iraqi people of Jesus and the Cross. You came that none would perish, but that all would come to saving faith in you. Please send the fire of the living gospel to Iraq and all the middle east. In the name of Jesus, I pray.

    Amanda Says:

Lift up the heads of the people as they depend upon you for help. Guard their hearts and minds from the enemy and protect them from plans that would harm them.

I pray for Kevin, Sarah, Matt, Mike and James. Guard them from harm and give them wisdom as they serve our country.

    Luanne Says:

Yes, Lord, we agree with this prayer. We ask that you would give your sons and daughters in Iraq a vision for what you have planned for them and for their nation. Lord, we ask that you would pour out your spirit upon all flesh, that many would come to know you as Lord and Savior. Lord, we ask for laborers to be sent into the harvest. Lord, we know that many Christians were dispersed from their homes during the war. If it is your will, we ask that they would come ‘home’ to Iraq and fulfill the great commission. Lord, we ask for many others who you have and will touch to come work this field in Iraq. Lord, when our brothers and sisters in Christ are overwhelmed by the tasks that you have commissioned them to do, I pray that you would remind them that it is not my might, not by power, but by your spirit, that the work is done. We ask that you would loose your Holy Spirit over the hearts and minds of the Iraqi people this day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

And, Lord, I would like to remember our brothers and sisters in Christ who are members of the American and Coalition forces today — both in Iraq, Afghanastan, and around the world. Many feel alone like Elijah. Many are surrounded by evil doers. Please remind them that you have many other prophets hidden in caves, that they are not alone. Feed them with your ravens and refresh them with your brook just like you did for Elijah. May they receive a blessing today and may they know that you have gone before them, are with them now, and that you are their rear guard as well. Strengthen them up in their inner man that they may walk worthy of the vocation you have called them to. May your name be given glory, honor, and praise. Thank you for your love, thank you for your promises, thank you for presence. In Jesus name, Amen.

Father I stand in agreement with all the wonderful and mighty prayers left this day. Let it be so. Use our prayers in powerful ways today. Let believers somehow feel our encouragement today. Give them extra joy and enthusiasm as they go to their places of worship and fellowship with other believers. Give them boldness and ideas on how to reach the lost. Let their lights shine bright and their testimonies be powerful and attracting so that many will be curious and want to know more about the great God they worship and serve. We pray also for those in our military who are not believers that they may come to know You and be filled with peace, joy and hope and come home with the GOOD NEWS!! In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

    Lynn Says:

Father God, we do stand with our brothers and sisters in Iraq, and in Afghanistan, that You would provide protection and encouragement to them in their nations that generally do not accept a faith other than their present dominant one of Islam. It is Your will that none should perish, so may each of these believers be a light to those who see them, and open other hearts that they will be ready to hear Your Word! Bring Your peace to these lands, Father, and protect each of our dear soldiers while they continue pressing on, doing their job to help a people in need. In Jesus name I pray and rejoice! Amen and Amen.

    Mary T Says:

Father, revive Your children in Iraq. Encourage their hearts to hang tightly to Your hand. Give them boldness to preach the Gospel in and out of season — to conquer their fears by putting on Christ – the whole armor of God.

Lord, we know that the peace will not stand unless the Christians stand up – unless You multiply Your grace to fill the land. For we know that mankind is exceedlingly wicked, and although the Iraqi forces have taken up the challenge, they will not have strength to stand against the enemy and all his minions without understanding that the battle is Yours and trusting You with their lives. Open their eyes and ears and hearts and minds today, Lord. Be merciful and gracious. Pour out Your Spirit on Iraq and be glorified today.

Thank you that the power of unity has been uncovered and the powerlessness of separation has been exposed. We pray for continued giving and sharing and continued lifting up of one another. Thank you for the power of love and the present moment. The glory of God fills Iraq. We declare it is so in Jesus’ Name.
